Thermal displacement control

• Spindle Temperature Control

Temperature-controlled cooling oil circulates within the spindle bearings and the outer casing of the drive motor,

suppressing thermal deformation of the spindle and preventing a decrease in machining accuracy.

• X, Y, and Z Axes: Ball Screw Shaft Cooling as Standard

Temperature-controlled cooling oil flows inside the ball screws, suppressing heat generation and preventing a decrease in machining accuracy.
