Compared to similar machines equipped with 6″ or 8″ chucks and a second spindle, the INTEGREX i-150 has a smaller footprint, yet it boasts a bar stock machining capacity of Φ65 mm, equivalent to that of higher-level machines. The INTEGREX i-150 is ideal for customers primarily machining small, square workpieces and who are constrained by limited floor space.
The cooling unit provides circulating cooling oil to cool the spindle bearings and the built-in motor housing, reducing axial elongation and enabling high-precision machining.
Utilizing a proven orthogonal design for the Y-axis structure, a long Y-axis travel of ±100 mm is achieved, providing a wide machining range.
