The two-stage gear shifting system allows for high spindle speeds and high-torque cutting within two gear ranges.
An optional self-propelled center rest with the largest size among similar products, Φ410mm, is available. CNC operation significantly reduces positioning time. The tailstock can be positioned closer to the center rest, expanding the machining area.
The tailstock can handle both long and short shaft workpieces.
The tailstock sleeve can extend up to 250 mm, allowing it to support the machining of both long and short shaft workpieces.
This eliminates the need to disassemble the steady rest when switching from machining long shafts to short shafts.
