The MTY is equipped with dual turrets, but the CNC controller features three programming channels, allowing for the simultaneous execution of three programs, each with independent compensation. The sub-spindle (X3 and Z3 axes) can perform simultaneous composite machining with the upper and lower turrets in the third channel of the CNC. In other words, by using three tools simultaneously for overlapping machining, with each tool positioned separately in the upper and lower turrets, machining time can be significantly reduced.
