Dota System
This powerful eight-tool turret features a 140 mm diameter curved-tooth coupling driven by hydraulics to achieve a clamping force of 14 KN. The turret is driven by an AC servo motor, with a tool change time of 0.2 seconds and a diagonal tool change time of 0.5 seconds.
Hard rail
All axes utilize an extremely robust hard rail structure, which has been specially treated and does not require a wear-resistant coating. Compared to previous models, the hard rail thickness has been increased by 25%, resulting in extremely high rigidity and enabling high-precision machining under heavy loads.
Main spindle
The heavy-duty spindle is equipped with three angular contact ball bearings at the front and rear, and is also supported by roller bearings, allowing for stable operation even under high rigidity and heavy load conditions. All spindle bearings are P4 grade (ABEC-7), and the spindle motor provides 5.5/7.5 kW of power, with a maximum torque of 376 Nm and an output speed of 938 rpm.
