The Mazak machine features a high-quality spindle with a speed of 10,000 min⁻¹, enabling high-speed machining of aluminum materials as well as heavy-duty cutting of materials such as cast iron and steel.
• The machine tool structural components have all undergone finite element analysis (FEA) and verification, ensuring sufficient rigidity.
• Compared to traditional sliding guides, roller guides have a lower friction coefficient, eliminate stick-slip phenomena, and possess the excellent transmission characteristics and greater rigidity of ball guides.
• The machine bed, column, and other components, designed through 3D structural analysis, minimize distortion (deformation) during heavy cutting and high-speed operation.
• High-speed automatic tool changer — tool change time of 2.2 seconds (tool-to-tool)
• The tool magazine adopts a disc-type structure, with a standard configuration of 24 tools (30 tools for the VCE-700 series), and the tool magazine is driven by an independent motor.
• The tool holder uses a random selection mode, ensuring high-speed and convenient tool changes.
