The machine structure design utilizes FEM analysis. Vibrations during acceleration and deceleration are minimized to ensure the stability of high-precision machining. (Please note that the VARIAXIS i-500 has a different structure.)
5-axis high-precision adjustment function MAZA-CHECK
It can automatically measure and compensate for positioning accuracy deviations and tilt of the rotary axes, enabling high-precision five-axis machining. The rotation centers of both the C-axis and A-axis can be automatically measured and compensated.
