Founded in Taiwan in 1985, Mylas Machinery markets its products globally under the "MYLAS" brand, with cumulative sales exceeding 65,000 units. Specializing in high-precision CNC milling and turning machines, they provide efficient automation solutions for industries such as aerospace, medical, electronics, and automotive parts. All models are ISO9001 and CE certified, ensuring stability and reliability.
The MTY series features dual spindles, dual turrets, and dual Y-axis, employing a three-channel controller for simultaneous three-tool machining. Complex workpieces can be clamped in a single setup, completing all processes on both sides, significantly reducing processing time – one machine replaces multiple machines. Its modular design allows for various configuration options and has achieved energy efficiency silver certification, making it a flagship model for those seeking maximum productivity.
The DY series also features dual spindles and dual Y-axis, but employs a main turret paired with a dedicated second Y-axis tool holder on the back, resulting in a large tool load and extremely high machining flexibility. Its 45-degree slant bed structure ensures smooth chip removal and excellent stability, making it suitable for multi-angle milling and heavy cutting, meeting the high-complexity machining requirements of automotive and aerospace parts.
The DT series features a dual-spindle, dual-turret design. The main turret is equipped with a Y-axis, while the secondary turret can be flexibly configured with either a power or hydraulic turret. Its large-span hardened rail design provides excellent rigidity, allowing for seamless connection between front and back processes, and enabling the completion of complex geometries in a single operation. It can be integrated with automated robotic arms for easy upgrades to smart production lines.
This model retains the advantages of simultaneous dual-spindle machining, employing a single turret with a comb-type tool holder. While ensuring simultaneous operation of the primary and secondary spindles, it significantly reduces purchase costs. The 12-position BMT power turret paired with the secondary spindle tool holder is sufficient for machining most precision parts, and an optional tailstock is available to support long-spindle workpieces. It is the cost-effective first choice for small and medium-sized processing plants moving towards automation.
